This is always linked to the fact that we design and manufacture our products entirely in Italy. The most obvious customization of Hi-Fi cables is undoubtedly the length, but there are many others that can appeal to the imagination of a true audiophile.
The spades in cables Speaker Hi-Fi
Undoubtedly the most frequently requested customisation is spades, used in the cables Speaker instead of bananas. As we have written in a previous articleWhen the pros and cons are taken into account, spades is also the best possible solution compared to bananas or stripped cable. The spades can be ordered for any cable, either on one side or both, simply by entering a note when ordering or by subsequent communication. The price does not vary.
Further customisation
Another request for customisation that we receive quite often relates to coaxial cables. Some customers ask us to make them with BNC connectors Some customers ask us to make them from both sides (or even exclusively from a single side). Again, the price is the same.
As far as XLR and RCA cables are concerned, there is the possibility of wiring them in various semi-balanced configurations with at least one XLR connector. The reference price, in this case, is that of balanced XLR cables.
Now let's move on to XLR - Jack 6.3 cables. These can be wired in various semi-balanced configurations with at least one XLR connector. The reference price is that of the balanced XLR cables and currently only the connectors for the Magnus series are available, possibly compatible with the Primus series, but not with those of Dedalus and Invictus.
Finally, we would also like to emphasise the possibility of wiring a cable in various configurations with Jack 3.5 mm (male or female) and Jack 6.3 mm (male/female) connectors. The reference prices are those of Magnus Jack.
Finally, as they say, the eye is also important. So if, for reasons of interior design or personal taste, you want a different colour sheath than the standard one for a particular series, you can also order a particular cable with a different sheath. For example, you can order a Dedalus Speaker (orange) with the coating of Magnus (dark).
