The following Warranty conditions are understood to have been read and accepted at the same time as sending the Service Ticket. The Warranty is valid only and exclusively if:

  • The Product was purchased from an Authorized Dealer.
  • You are in possession of the tax document (receipt, invoice) certifying the regular purchase.
  • The product has a congenital and uncaused defect (see limitations).
  • The defective Product will be collected from the customer's home by one of our couriers in the days following the opening of the case.

It is the customer's duty to pack the product properly so that it will not be damaged during transport; in case of failures caused by transport, the Warranty will not be recognized. The product will be repaired where possible, or replaced with an identical or superior product.

Waiting times may vary depending on the product to be handled, however if there is a long waiting time (above two weeks) you will be notified immediately by our service center.

LIMITATIONS

The Warranty is void in the following cases:

  • Damage due to using the product for other than its intended purpose.
  • Defects arising from systems to which the product is connected or in which it is incorporated.
  • Unauthorized repair work or repair attempts.
  • Adaptations or changes made to the product.
  • Accidental events, fire, liquid, chemical or other substances, flooding, vibration, excessive heat, excessive humidity, power surges, radiation, electrostatic discharge, including lightning, other external forces and impacts.
  • Wear and tear due to normal use of the product.

In the event that the returned product is not defective or the defect results from the limitations described above, the customer will be charged the transportation costs for pickup and return.
