Review #29 - Magnus Signal cable - Ricable Review

Consulting various proposals on the Internet and reading the specifications of the various cables with myriad offers of all prices and materials, in the jungle of the net one is only likely to get very confused, one finds cables from twenty euros to thousands of euros, and then one has to find a period. My period was Ricable, a serious and above all Italian company. I chose Ricable because it convinced me the most and because it was Italian.
and aesthetics of the product?
Impeccable construction, nothing left to chance; the construction detail indicates that the materials used are of the highest level, from conductors to insulators. Aesthetically it already gives the feeling of a highly professional product. Even the packaging leaves nothing to chance, the delivery time very fast and the packaging well made and shock-proof.
Unplugged the cables carrying the signal from the Cambridge Audio Magic Plus DAC to the FEZZ Audio Titania amplifier and reconnected them with the cables Ricable Magnus and tried them with reference CDs that I know well in order to detect the listening differences in the best way. All frequencies are well reproduced with exciting sonic detail, one can even hear things I had not heard before.
listening impressions?
Listening to my reference CDs before and after replacing the INTERCONNECT cables with the new cables Ricable Magnus , I immediately noticed greater detail throughout the audio range and additional sonic brilliance. Signal separation between channels also sounds much more punchy. I heard sonic details, such as brushes rubbing on the drum or bells, that I hadn't noticed before. Of course, if there are engraving errors or smudges, you can hear those as well. I am very satisfied with this fine product.
Your conclusions.
I would recommend Ricable cables to everyone to improve the sound characteristics of their Hi-Fi systems, even to skeptics who absolutely do not believe that cables can be a plus. Of course, the differences can be heard only if we have a good Hi-Fi system at the base. In other words, the cost of cables must be justified by a set of good components upstream. Spending hundreds of euros on cables with electronics that cost less than the cables themselves is perfectly useless and foolish.
