For orders placed from ricable.com, you will have the opportunity to test your products for up to 60 days, and if you are not satisfied with them, you can ask us for a return or replacement with another product, all completely free and fast, handled through our courier service. Being an audiophile means nurturing a particular passion that deserves specific rhythms. We want to give you as much time as you need, so you can do as much testing as you see fit.

With a trial period that goes well beyond the 15 days required by law—extending to 60 days— exclusively for those who purchase from the Ricable website, customers have the option to request a refund or a replacement for the Hi-Fi product they purchased (however, for countries outside Europe, a return fee applies).
You can apply for a refund or replacement, without giving any explanation and in an extremely simple way; in the first case, you will get a quick refund of the same amount paid, with the same payment method, while in the second case the handling of the replacement will be totally free and handled by our courier. We will also be able to agree on what will be the best day for you to make the pickup.
How does it work in detail?
1. Place an order for one or more products on this website.
2. Receive your order, and from that moment on, you have 60 days to review it.
3. If, for any reason, you decide to return one or more products to us, simply open a ticket in your account to request a return.
4. If you’re in Italy, you can drop off the package at a Poste Italiane office or locker. For pickup at your home, a fee of 5 euros is required.
5. Once we receive the item, we’ll immediately refund your order or assist you with an exchange, if you prefer that option.
