I've tried quite a few cables in my time in this 30 year journey (Kimber Select, Cardas Golden Reference, Wireworld Gold Eclipse, Van Den Hul Supernova, Transparent Reference, etc.) those that I remember and none as I remember came close, and they're way way cheaper, pity had to sound so much money to find out.

Given my electronics and especially the completely Naim amplification , I already had a very good cable Speaker to connect the amplifier to the speakers , precisely the old Naca 5 also from Naim . I decided to buy a new cable because I was looking for a different or perhaps more updated sound; I found it . The Magnus as far as I am concerned offers a splendid sound that gives back impeccable detail , as well as rendering an excellent performance overall .
Compared to the old cable it offers much more . They are two different ways of constructing and conceiving this component (cables can also be called components) . If I really have to find a shortcoming in Magnus I can tell you that making the sound more pleasant , detailed and "warm" , it perhaps lacks brilliance in the mid-high frequencies , this is my impression anyway .

Really nice cable without spending a lot of money. I switched to a Roksan K3 amplifier about 10 months ago and I must say that the differences with this new cable can be heard from the first use, let's see what will happen after the break-in period. The cable connects the Roksan to some Focal Chorus 826W 30th Anniversary Edition speakers and now it really seems that the treble is well defined and the bass is properly heard nice and full bodied.
With Jazz music it gives admirable detail and the wide soundstage given by this amplifier and cable allows the instruments plenty of room to breathe with detail retrieval that is excellent. Vocals then are full of texture.
Well done guys nice work, keep it up.... in defiance of the insane amounts you have to shell out with other emblazoned brands.

Hi, I purchased these fantastic cables to replace my audioquest cables.
I still can't believe my ears, the sound of my system has changed face, more transparency, detail, separation of instruments, very dry and firm bass maybe even too much. I would buy them 1000 more times!

It is amazing how the Magnus speakers immediately improved things by substituting them for my reference cables. Assuming that my Atoll/Kef/sony system already enjoyed very good neutrality, I can simply describe my listening impressions as " improved on all frequencies " decisively and substantially. The 'increase and control in the low range, mids and treble cleaned up by the slightest halos created at high volumes and the overall depth of sound, had decisive effects on the contrast between the instrumental voices, the placement of each individual instrument clearly improving the whole soundstage without any slightest coloration of the already' existing neutral timbre. I am a musician and choosing the " right " cable has always improved the sound and 'attack of my guitar. That said, I highly recommend magnus speakers to the most demanding audiophile, the neophyte and especially to cable skeptics who do not know what they are missing. Sincere kudos to all the staff at Ricable for their passion and dedication employed in making hi end cables and to their immense helpfulness.

I purchased the Magnus Speaker in the "Used Guaranteed" section, so it is the MKI version, by the way in like-new condition. The cable being used was already broken in, but I still waited a few days before judging it by testing it with various CDs and LPs, from Nine Inch Nails to Paolo Conte, and I must say that it met my expectations; I was looking for a cable that was as neutral as possible and I found it. If it had changed even slightly the timbre of my Accuphase "A20V"/Pylon Audio "Sapphire 31" combo I would have returned it, but fortunately it did not. The improvements made by Magnus concern, among others, mainly the mmagine, which is more in focus, and the dynamics and transparency, which have benefited somewhat. The construction of the cable is impeccable and aesthetically it is very beautiful, I would even say a bit austere compared to the models Dedalus and Invictus, so it can be placed in your listening room without giving too much away and safeguarding the WAF factor.
As a side note to these brief remarks of mine about the Maguns Speaker, I wanted to praise the customer service Ricable for its helpfulness and responsiveness in answering; a sign that those who work there do so with dedication, also showing respect for their potential or existing customers. And in an industry like this where we high-fidelity enthusiasts are seen as fixer-uppers, mouthpieces who are just waiting to have their money taken out of their wallets, I'd say that's no small thing.
