Recently I changed amplification from an integrated amp to a preamplifier system coupled with a pair of monophonic power amps, which I connected via good RCA interconnects.
Since sial the pre and the power amps provide for XLR connection I wanted to try this type of connection and, after research on the net, I decided to go for the cables of the very Italian Ricable of the series Dedalus, so to speak medium series of their production, a series dedicated to high, not very high end systems.
As soon as they were connected, so practically without break-in, the differences turned out to be remarkable, not only on one parameter but on all, so more precision, more musicality, more localization, more airiness and more soundstage. What can I say, a new dimension of sound opened up for me, a new way that I knew was possible but not with systems of my level, which while not entry level is not even at the top.
Comforted by this positive experience I decided to replace also the phono cables, which I mentioned in uin my other review.
I am so pleased with the performance and value for money of these cables that I have planned to replace my cables totate with cables Ricable.
