The following review of Primus Signal, Speaker MKII and Power cables is the result of the "Ricable Review" initiative. Always been a Hi-Fi enthusiast, but only a few months ago I set up my first system. I started with the supplied cables (RCA and power) and for the speakers the classic stripped cables, but I felt something was missing. I decided to "upgrade" all the cables with Ricable Primus Signal, Speaker MKII and Power... and from there a whole new music began!
and aesthetics of the product?
The packaging is a sight to behold, you can sense right away the care that you at Ricable put into your products. The cables are of excellent construction and very high quality, beautiful to look at and, despite the ruggedness, I was able to make all the wiring without difficulty. Beautiful all of them but in particular I "fell in love" with the RCA cables.
I performed trivial tests by replacing one cable at a time. I started with INTERCONNECT RCA cables (previously I used simple five euro cables...) and from there the show; as soon as I installed the cables Ricable, I clearly felt the sensation of being there, under a stage. Magically, all the tracks I usually listen to regained vigor and new details.
listening impressions?
Although I didn't realize it, with the original cables the sound was dark, closed and not at all detailed.
Replacing the cables with the Primus series, I was so impressed with the detail, dynamics and precision that these cables can unleash. My amplifier has been reborn, sounds and instruments never heard before can be clearly perceived.
The Primus have convinced me in all respects, they have definitely improved the sound making it much clearer, defined and transparent, the stage is more defined and instruments are perceived in a much clearer and more detailed way.
Your conclusions.
I am fully satisfied with all the cables purchased and I recommend everyone to replace the supplied cables with these fantastic ones Ricable.
Thanks to the "Value to Used" program I am already considering upgrading all cables from the Primus series to the Magnus series . Also-let's not forget the lifetime warranty.
