The following review of the Primus Signal cable is the result of the "Ricable Review" initiative. Since I was not very knowledgeable about the audio market, I chose Ricable because I had heard very good things about it after properly reading up on the various forums and social networks. I chose Ricable then because it seemed to me to be a very reliable and quality brand. In addition, it is an Italian product and so, especially at this time, better so.
and aesthetics of the product?
Very good product, the cable is very sturdy, is very well made and is also very nice to look at. Compared to the previous Monster Cable Interlink Junior RCA cable there is really a lot of difference on this aspect--you can tell we are on another level. Very nice and sturdy connectors as well. All perfect, I am really satisfied with the purchase.
I performed the test by listening to various CD tracks with the Marantz CD6007 player then comparing the new Ricable Primus Signal cable with the previous Monster Cable Interlink Junior RCA cable. I tried to range with music genres, rock, hard rock, metal, as well as blues and jazz. Unfortunately, I am not a very experienced audiophile, but I believe that the test I conducted still resulted in a positive outcome in favor of the Ricable Primus Signal cable.
listening impressions?
I am not an audiophile expert, but I have listened to various tracks that I know very well, and compared to the previous Monster Cable Interlink Junior RCA cable, the new RCA cable Ricable Primus Signal, besides being very nice to look at, seemed to me to be quite neutral, but it also seemed to me that, compared to the old, cheaper-end cable, it also improved the sound by giving more fullness and body. Yield at the highest level for the type of my system. I am really satisfied with the purchase and listening with the new cable Ricable.
Your conclusions.
Excellent RCA cable. Although it is the entry level Ricable, it is a very well made and quality cable. So I recommend it to those who have a good Hi-Fi system and want to replace the old RCA cable without spending astronomical amounts of money (as I did) or to those who are in the process of buying a new system. Go easy with this cable.
